I'm not going to pretend that the coaching process is an easy one or it is a journey that everyone is ready to take. It takes courage effort, humility and compassion to look at the complex, messy and wonderful thing we call "me".
Coaching is a process that provides a supportive space for us to shine a light on the things that we can't see. The shadow that follows us, the unconscious behaviours that can derail our best efforts to reach our goals and prevent us from being the person we want to be.
